Programs at Meridian
Meridian’s programs connect foundational science, applied development and implementation planning. Each program is designed to generate both evidence and practical value.
Our work is organized into three long-term programs that address different parts of the diagnostic pathway. Together, they reflect our belief that better outcomes depend on more than technical performance. They also depend on trust, workflow fit, access, timing and the ability to act on results.
1. Precision Screening
This program explores earlier risk detection through multimodal screening approaches, including blood-based markers, structured digital assessments and population-aware validation methods. It focuses on identifying opportunities for earlier intervention while improving consistency and equity across different groups.
2. Home and Community Monitoring
This program develops methods for monitoring health outside traditional clinical settings. It includes wearable sensors, home sampling models and digital follow-up pathways designed to support recovery, detect meaningful change over time and reduce avoidable strain on care systems.
3. Trustworthy Clinical AI
This program focuses on decision support tools that clinicians can interpret, question and use responsibly. Areas include model transparency, fairness evaluation, human oversight, governance and integration into real workflows.
What all programs have in common
- A clearly defined evidence question
- Technical and operational validation
- Attention to usability and accessibility
- Deployment planning from an early stage
- A commitment to ethical and transparent practice
